Just to recap, over 25 years ago I gave my first stab at writing an adventure novel penning a mere four or five chapters, before shelving the project indefinitely! After a break of some 20 years, I did finally manage to finish the raw manuscript, only to realise I needed to continue the storyline to reach an acceptable conclusion. Thus, over the next 2 years I added 2 more volumes to complete what is now my KV66 trilogy.
Creative writing was never my strong point, however, immersing oneself into an imaginary world and putting pen to paper without the help or intervention of any third party, AI or other such tools, gives one a real sense of personal achievement.
For those of you who I know have already read my books and given me the thumbs-up, a big thank-you as that alone makes everything worth while.
My previous promoter based in LA California, after the launch of my second book asked me to write a “mini teaser” and this got my mind turning and gave me an opportunity to write a “sci-fi” driven prequel to the trilogy that essentially further enhanced the overall storyline and which I could make available as a complimentary download.
